Do you need a referral to book an appointment?
Referrals are not essential to make a booking.
Do you accept Extended Care Plans (EPC’S) or Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM)?
If you have more than one chronic health condition you may be eligible for an Extended Care plan from your GP. You should discuss this with your GP before we meet to be eligible to claim a rebate for our first session. An EPC can give you up to five sessions with a dietitian or allied health practitioner, per year.
How much will Medicare rebate me for my appointment if I have an EPC?
A session rebate with an EPC is currently app $56.00.
What if I have Private Health Insurance?
Many private health Insurers offer rebates for Allied Health which includes dietitians’ this will depend on you level of cover (extras), you will need to check with your insurer for your rebate amount.
Do you offer Concession Fees for Pensioners and Health Care Card Holders?

Do you offer home visits?
If you have recently returned home from hospital or are recovering from surgery and cannot make it to clinic, I can arrange see you at home. Dependant on your location there may be an additional charge of $20 to cover transport costs.
