A little more about me!
I’m a mum of three with personal experience with IBS and Gestational Diabetes. I have a strong love of all things food related. I have dabbled in some food styling and enjoy creating new recipes to share. I am currently fascinated with instagram reels which means even more time in the kitchen.
I have been working with food for over 30 years which makes it easy for me to provide practical and affordable food based solutions. As a former teacher and now dietitian, I love working with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
